Regular enterprises can provide the corresponding test data. 2. Look at the quality of FPC, there are two kinds of FPC: copper clad and calendered copper. The copper foil of copper clad plate is protruding, which can be seen from the joint between pad and FPC. 3. Look at solder joints: regular 5050 lamp bead manufacturers use SMD process, solder paste and reflow process to produce lamp beads. The solder joint is smooth. Welding standard can refer to RoHS lead-free welding process (EU limits the use of harmful substances). 4. Colloid: colloid is generally epoxy resin, and the price of anti ultraviolet and fireproof agent is relatively expensive. High quality outdoor lamp beads should be anti ultraviolet and fireproof.
