1. Production process analysis:

(1) The traditional lamp belt adopts SMT technology, that is, the lamp beads are welded on the circuit board through SMT technology, and then different waterproof grades are achieved through external application of glue or glue injection.

(2) Cob lamp belt is directly fixed on the PCB board by packaging manufacturers using high-precision flip chip technology, and then through silicone coating directly to achieve different luminous color and waterproof process.

2. Material analysis:

3. Production cost analysis:

After decades of development, the traditional chip LED light strip is very mature in all supply links and material management and control.
