Do you know the basic structure of LED panel lamp

LED panel lamp is widely used in offices, schools, hospitals, shopping malls, families and other places because of its advantages of good lighting uniformity, high index, uniform and soft light, and comfortable use. It has become a suitable product to replace the traditional grille lamp panel in the LED era. The structure mainly includes frame, diffusion plate, light guide plate, lamp bead, driving power supply, aluminum substrate and other parts.

1、 Diffusion plate:

The function of the diffusion plate is to evenly disperse the light of the light guide plate and blur the dot at the same time. The main materials are acrylic acid, PC, PS, etc.

It is understood that acrylic acid material transmittance is 92%, PC is 88%, PS is about 80%, acrylic material transmittance is higher than PC, and the cost is low, anti-aging performance is poor. PC material is expensive, but it has strong anti-aging properties.

2、 Light guide plate:

The function of the light guide tube plate is to make the light refract along the direction parallel to and perpendicular to the light guide plate, and the light reflected from the light guide plate to the back of the panel lamp is reflected by the reflective paper.

In this process, it is necessary to reduce the attenuation of light as much as possible. Generally speaking, the light efficiency of light guide plate largely depends on the dot design, followed by the selection of light guide plate.

3、 Framework:

Frame is an important part of wall lamp. The strong frame makes the panel lamp more durable. The side frame of LED panel lamp is made of different materials with different heat dissipation performance. According to statistics, the main frame materials of panel lamp are aluminum alloy, steel, PC, a6063, aluminum profile, steel and other materials.

4、 Power supply mode:

There are two ways of LED lamp driving power supply introduced by PVC garment template manufacturers. One is constant current power supply, which has high efficiency, PF value as high as 0.95, and high cost performance; The other is constant voltage and constant current power supply, which has stable performance, low efficiency and high cost.
